The plans included herein have received design review approval from Marin County Planning and must be vested before June, 13. 2008. Modifications to the approved plans are possible and/or a new owner could design his/her own plans.
The building site is nestled among the oaks near the middle of a large sunny meadow that extends generally from north to south through the property. There are commanding views and vistas from every perspective and opportunities for spacious development within the building envelope.
The approved design meets the Marin Green Building Residential Design Guidelines. The structural engineering uses a ButlerŪ Building steel building system, with wood board and batten exterior siding and metal roofing.
